Is today really the first day of my puberty, as mom said?
When Hyeonwoo thinks it would be just another day, something extraordinary comes to him—a handwritten letter. Who writes a letter in this day and age? To make matters worse, it doesn’t even say much. The sender is Hana, a classmate he barely knows. She says it’s funny that they are in the same class again this year. What’s so funny about that? Before he can process this weird message, another intruder butts in. His little cousin Sujang visits him unexpectedly, and in an attempt to hide the letter, Hyeonwoo makes Sujang cry. These seemingly small incidents drag him into an even bigger confusion, planting a rebellious streak in Hyeonwoo, who now understands that not everything the adults say is right. For his careless remark on how he wants to change his parents with ones who are more chill, Hyeonwoo is offered a dubious deal by the angels that pop up on TV. Although he quickly realizes he made a wrong choice, there’s no way for him to backtrack. Caught in the whirlwind of the sudden transition into a completely different world, Hyeonwoo tries to keep true to himself and takes brave steps into the adventure with his parents, whom he dragged into this ordeal.
